I ordered a bouquet to be sent to Canada for a 70th Birthday. The flowers didnt arrive so contacted customer services who said they would call back and didn't. Called again to be advised that the Canadian florist hadn't accepted the order (all info given to them was correct ) and it hadn't been noticed at this end. The flowers were never delivered despite being ordered at least 5 days prior to requested delivery date and all I have been offered is a refund. Very disappointed with the company would never use again and certainly would NOT recommend them. No consolation to a Great Aunty who thinks everyone forgot about her special Birthday.
