Post Office Car Insurance Review

I have been with the Post Office for car insurance since i have had my one and only car for 3+ years. The people you speak to at the post office car insurance are rude and heartless and use company jargon that makes no sense..



I rang up last night to change my name as i have recently got married. Ok so i know from experience that you have to pay £20 to change anything like that on your policy "because they have to send new certicates" yeh like it cost that much to have someone print out a few pieces of paper, stuff em in an envelope and mail it to you....



BUT thats not all, my premiums have now gone up!!! so now i'm a married woman i am apparently more reckless or something?? you'd have to laugh at the stupidity of that thinking or you'd cry tbh!
