Good Points
Finepix 4700
Beautiful color prints,even with 8X10 enlargements. Easy to use under all conditions of light.

Bad Points
I have had to return the camera for factory service twice for a flaw in the LCD Panel display. It was fixed rapidly and no charge. It would be good if the lens would go down to 28 mm (equivalent) in order to increase the coverage.

General Comments
I also have the original Fuji FinePix 4700 camera with 1.3 Mpixel CCD. Even it is good as far as it goes with the lower resolution and no zoom. After an extensive questionnaire that Fuji sent out they incorporated most of the requested improvements into the 4700 including the increased resolution and the zoom lens. Now with the new 128 megabyte smart cards the camera is all an amature photographer could ask for. Using Adobe Photoshop and the full resolution (1800 X 2400) I can print professional looking 8 X 10 color prints for competition.
