totally utter disgusted wiv service .I rang at the begining of my contract to reduce it so did not av the the 10.000 for if it was lost/stolen could run a bill up because it would get blocked asap on it but wanted to keep everything else on . Customer services do not listen properly at all as i did this wiv my other phones but found out today that apparently that was not so at the end of the day customer services need to listen more to wat as bein asked of them , so they need to go back to th drawing board .
