taken out insurance then told that its does not cover thedisc needed to get my computer up and working keep being told its different discs aready been fixed twice in less than 2 yrs no problem getting so called disc then even tried 2 say it was no longer advailable but i could pay h.p £50 to get it returning laptop unfixed a con on pc worlds part
