i ordered 4 T shirts to have them ebroided with a log for work. John Lewis delivred the wrong ones but they went straight to be enroidered. when discovered to be worng JL want tnothing to do with it. i realise this is a bit exceptional but the dissappointing thing is that JL have just washed their hands of me with no solutions which is not how they sell themselves.
do not expect them to care if you have a problem even if they created it. i spend (sorry spent) thousands at JLP and from now on i will shop elsewhere - even a gesture of help would have been good but got NOTHING!
might as well have just bought from the cheapest place on the internet
