the most terrible insurance broker ever. Most ridiculous staff, don't know what they are talking about. i dont suggest to anybody to get insurance through CNash. I had insurance for one whole year, no claims, no problem. renewed again in February, but decided to sell bike in August, which means i used only 6 months. and what do you think they gave me back in refund after cancelling my insurance. ha - nothing. it's outrageous. i never had so terrible service from any other insurance broker or company. surely after paying almost 300 pounds, there should be something left to refund, but no, not in the case with CNash. even on the policy it states, call our staff to confirm the refund in case of cancellation. call them to hear, that you had been ripped off, and will get back nothing. dont insure with CNash......
