Ordered a birthday cake for my brothers 40th birthday in London from Special Days. The cake was burnt on top and extremely dry. The majority of the guests didn't eat it. I returned a slice to Special Days and was told that it was the jam that made it look burnt! I was offered money off another cake which I refused and was told by the owner to contact trading standards if I wasn't happy with the offer. I have since e mailed Special Days 5 times and have never had a response. I was extremely disappointed with the quality of the cake but even more disappointed by their EXTREMELY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE following my complaint.
