I have been with Lloyds TSB for 15 years and just opened two business accounts with Nat West, and First Direct towers above them both with excellent customer service and ease of use. (Nat West customer service lady:"For security reasons I must ask which year you started your business?" I said "This year." She said "That is not the answer I have." "But it is this year." say I. "I'm sorry." she said. "Are you looking for 2010?" I ask. "Yes." she said...)

I would have given them 5 starts if they hadn't just charged me £100 for 4 unauthorised overdraft transactions, but let's face it all banks milk for everything they can get, even FD.
