Unfortunately for me (and it appears many others out there), I took the free trial at face value and had a quick look at the facilities that the website offered, and soon realised it was not for me, so within the 30 days searched their website to find out how I could cancel the trial before they start charging.
Once found, I then had to call their Customer Team, and it was a bad sign when in the background I could hear so called Customer Care representatives getting rather loud on the phone to what were obviously other callers.
It went down from there.......It turned out that I was calling on the 30th day and that I would be charged. Absoultely outraged, but the young lady said that I should have called the day before.
Steer well clear of these cowboys!
