PLEASE READ THIS ALL THE WAY IF YOU ARE THINKING OF BUYING RESCUEMYCAR.COM i got my self covered for top service european cover and what ever i drive in uk.so i goes on holiday thinking i have breakdown cover so i went as far as syria not covered so on the way back to u.k i broke down in greece on alternater so i called them on around 3 pm on thursday told them i have ferry to catch at midnight costing me 438 euro. so after waiting 3 hours some greek guy turns up with battery pack to give me jump start i told him no i need a new alternator then he never said anything then went.so called them again they said they will tow me to ferry near the time so waited another 4 hours with my family under the sun kids age 2,8,11 and wife so i decided to go and look for help kids were hungry and needed toilet.find some guy i asked him to charge my battery for about 20 minutes so i can at least get to ferry port after 10 euros i was in ferry port fed the kids.then they called me greek we could not find you and we are worried at about 23 hours !!!! so told them that are going to look after us in italy ancona once we landed oh no problem sir we will assist you in italy when you there tomorrow at 15:30 we will tow you off from the ship .when i arrived in italy no one there so i got my battery charged up again by the crew so i made it to terminal where there is food and toilet for the kids by this time i know what sort of rescue meee from my car dot com is so called again they said you never told us what you want us to do ??????????? so this was on friday i told them i want to go home back to uk kids going back to school on monday.after two hours recovery truck turned up and took us to the garage and said wait till monday then he kicked us out of the garage called them again then after calling them about ten times they arranged taxi and hotel the time was about 21:00 then been told they will be looking to flighing us back to uk tomorrow(saturday).so woke up at 7am saturday start calling them they said the cover i have not a travel insurance it is breakdown cover by duty maneger called lea.so we got kicked out of the hotel by 17:00 on saturday the hotel manager was very nice to us he kept us in the hotel till 17:00 we should of been gone by 12 noon. so if you are thinking of getting yourself covered look else where.me what happened to us after that ohh cost me lot of money trust in rescuemycar.com .what will i do I WILL BE GETTING A VERY GOOD LAWYER TO SUE THEM.
