I have a patterdale terrier. During the day, she is a delightful bundle of energy. Very lovable, loyal and obedient.

Come 8pm, when she is tired, if anybody disturbs her from her sleep, she will growl, snap and I'm quite sure one day she will bite.

I put her to bed at 8pm, in the utility area, and we leave her be.

Because of this, I would recommend this little dog to any family with children over the age of seven.
