I'm a professional photographer, and a client has recently sent me the Snapfish prints she had ordered from the CD of her photo session, querying the quality. I am appalled at the pixellation, poor cropping, bleeding of colours and general poor management of this printing service. I have used the same files to order professional prints from the industry-standard printers that I use myself, and there is absolutely no comparison, from her Snapfish copies where you can barely make out the details of the eyes, to mine where you can see individual eyelashes. Where you opt for cheaper printing services, I'm afraid corners are going to be cut and less care taken, as is very evident with her sorry batch of prints.
