I am not technically minded, and greatly appreciated the fact that Mark from the company bothered to telephone me with his reply, rather than just use e-mail. After a 5-month quest, his assistance allowed me to solve my problem easily, and it was reassuring to know there was further help available if required. Also he explained why there had been a problem, which was useful. A pity the makers of my mobile (Nokia) could not have adopted such a helpful attitude when approached. It feels like a ton weight has been lifted!
