I had used Nova Car Hire 4 times in a moth in Uk and Spain and always a good experience. On my final hire I picked my car up from Portsmouth docks after Nova arranged for me to collect from Alamo/Eurocar office. I arrived at 5.55pm just before the 6pm closing time. Drove the car away, no problem then discovered I had been charged 30 odd pounds 'Out of Hours' charge. At the end of my hire Nova took up my case with Alamo/Eurocar who initally said I had taken the car at 6.02pm. Eventually Nova got the Company to refund my monies. Got to say Great After Sales service, they took up my case and got my money back. Often doesn't happen like this. Thank You Nova Car hire for excellent after sales !
