Got really good quote and had several queries about flights/rooms/board etc -called back and they promised to find out answers and call me back asap - still waiting for them to call me.
I decided to call them back (several times) and the details given on the initial quote were changed ie. no sea view room available, no family room available, increased cost, changed dates depending on who I spoke to. I was made to feel like I had got everything wrong.
Not impressed with their sales dept - would not like to deal with them if something went wrong!
Needless to say I won't be bothering to book with them...
