Do not rely on staff:we flew Kuala Lumpur to Brunei on Sat Aug 28th at the check in desk the system was down. Staff picks up from the desk a baggage tag clearly saying BKK (to Bangkok) and applies to our case. We ask if he is sure it will go to Brunei, and he replies no problem. Case of course is lost, no information at all customer service does not answer phone calls live chat sucks.
