We used to offer Nochex as a payment option on our site but withdrew it as it is clumsy, customer service in non-existent and they offer no phone number to resolve issues! The "contact us" form rejects our IP address too so we have no way of resolving issues. They don't allow partial refunds unless you pay £50 up front for a full merchant account and their rates are not competitive with paypal for volume. It doesn't work outside the UK so you have to wonder how long they will be around. Paypal isn't great, but it is the lesser of 2 evils unless you want full credit card processing!
