Airlines is very unorganized and unprofessional. Flew a night flight in which they made me and my wife sit apart. They also screwed up another couple's seating so they had to sit appart. Did not try hard enough to fix it with no empathy. Told us to 'sit where you want to sit and hope the person with that seat is willing to switch'. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. I will never fly Contintal again.
