Abysmal company to deal with - no response to email re delivery. Ages to get through on phone (always engaged) when i did get through was told they were behind on emails as they get 2000 a day! and ? get more staff, dont' tell me i have to wait a week for an email response.



My boots have not arrived today as promised, phone engaged - a joke!



All that money they spend on SEO and they have lost me as a customer.
