I have had the same problems as other reviewers on here. I emailed Energie Croydon in April of this year requesting cancellation of my membership due to a change in circumstances. I didn't think this would be a problem as my 12 month contract had already run it's course. My email was ignored so I sent a further email in May which surprise, surprise was ignored. I sent a letter via recorded delivery over a week ago and am yet to hear anything. I am waiting for September's fees to be debited from my account and if it does I will be taking legal action against them, never mind them taking legal action against me!
p.s. I only gave a rating because it's mandatory.
