Having been fobbed off by my Relationship manager (NatWest Speak for Business manager) I was told to set up my own DDebits, Standing orders etc...
When I tried I discovered a Transfer meant a one off payment, Payment meant authorisation with a card and inserting me as a payee meant I couldn't make another payment until I had cancelled my own name off the list!
Customer services didn't accept my valid ID and I now have to reapply in writing to get another all the while being kicked off the site at regular 10 min intervals...
Only someone with a sadistic streak would reccommend them
