Received a letter in July to tell us that our credit card statement date was changing in August to two weeks later which we were not happy about. Rang customer service to confirm date and on the first call had no idea what we were talking about. Second phone call we were told 12th Sept and then on our next call told original date in August by a very condescending lady. Our fourth call we were told 17th Sept. My by then annoyed husband asked to speak to a manager. We were never rang back. Today on ringing them been told Sept 7th. They seem to have no idea what they are talking about and can be very rude would definately not recommend.
