We left perran sands early could not wait to get home.we had been there nearly two weeks and we had to move three times.We were put in a challet which was apparently the best they had,which consists of doors hanging off ants crawling round the bathroom.We could not even unpack as the wardrobe`s was so damp and smelt so bad.The bedding needed throwing away we had to sleep in dressing gowns and i wont even scare you with the state off the materess.I had a 2 year old with me who needed a bath every nite which was impossible as you dont have enough hot water to fill even half of a bath.you have to press a switch which takes an hour to heat up such a small amount of water.It`s no good having a shower as there was not even enough pressure to wash your hair.We called for the manager and his answer was that they had recently been refurbished but all we saw was mould and damp and i could only describe it as a SLUM.Although he did move us the holiday was ruined.We feel robbed you pay so much for the holiday and wat a load of rubbish we had a 14 year old as well who was so bored.Nothing to do for them unless you want them in the arcades all day.The entertainment and activities are poor nothing like what they advertise.WE WILL NEVER EVER USE A HAVEN HOLIDAY EVER AGAIN!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
