The worst internet bank site I've ever used - when it's not down for "Essential Maintenance". The site is easy enough to use but the output is not user friendly at all. You have to memorise the menu's because they disappear when your cursor goes near any one of the available options. It's rubbish, the call centre is rubbish and they really don't give a stuff for their long-standing customers.



If you want to open a new bank account go to any other bank but Yorkshire Bank - try Halifax, their online banking is great. Try First Direct - brilliant online .... Yorkshire Bank is one to avoid. Annoyingly I'm forced to give them one star because this site doesn't allow for None!
