Haven Holidays, Cala Gran, Fleetwood, Lancashire Review

PLEASE READ ALL OF REVIEW. Haven Cala Gran need to check their cleaning staff out, as they are most certainly not doing their job or they are not employing enough staff. Check out is 10AM and Check in is 4PM, this gives them 6 hours to clean their caravans, I can appreciate they have a lot of caravans to clean but surely at the prices they charge they can afford enough staff to clean them. Seating areas stained, curtains hanging off rails, flooring marked, Toilet and sinks full of hairs and more.

That said, I have just returned from a weeks holiday and the staff were very accommodating in finding an alternative caravan. They were helpful and genuinely went out of their way to help.

Entertainment was very good and they do have lots of things for children to do. The site is much better in nice weather as you can sit out on the bar veranda. They have almost everything on site, Spar, launderette, Arcade, restaurant, Fast food outlet, Family bar, indoor Swimming pool, Football pitch, outdoor water section and lots of different things going on. One of my other gripes is I paid full price for my holiday and some had the holidays booked through national newspaper tokens and paid half of what I had paid!!! Kind of annoying. I would go again.
