These bath cupcakes from Enchanted are incredible- the attention to detail is just amazing, and they really do look like actual cakes! They have icing made of body wash, and my SubLIME cupcake even had a cherry on top!
The base is made of ballistic, and the frosting is a whipped body wash. You can either pop the whole thing in the bath in one go. The ballistic will dissolve and fill your bathroom with a delicious lime, marshmallow and caramel scent. The scent was strong and fabulous, and lingered even after I had dragged myself out of the bath and the water had gone!
The frosting will soften and fill the bath water with moisturising oils, so your whole body will be thoroughly nourished, leaving your skin silky soft.
Alternatively, you can twist the top and bottom apart, and put the ballistic base in the bath separately. You can then hold the frosting part in the water, and after a couple of minutes it softens so you can use it directly on your skin as a really nourishing body wash. I prefer this method, as after you have dunked yourself in the bath to wash off the body wash, the oils go back into the bath water, and will then gently moisturise the rest of your body.
My skin was left feeling super soft and smelling fabulous! I adore the SubLIME scent, so it was bliss to able to bathe in it, and then use my usual SubLIME scrub, body cream, and eau de parfam- I smelt delicious from head to toe! It is lovely to be able to layer the scents, or mix and match complimentary scents as you please.
The cupcakes are priced at £6 each, and weigh 200g so they are a hefty sized ballistic, and are available from www.enchantedbath.co.uk. They are pricey, but make for such an indulgent and blissful bath that they make the perfect occasional treat. Highly recommended.
