Had an accident about a month ago, car was written off but I got paid out in less than 2 weeks - more money that I thought they would offer, And the helpful lady at Performance Direct even managed to claim back for my 2 kids car seats even though they werent in the car at the time.



Great company - have told all my friends to insure with them.



No idea why everyone else complains about their charges and excess they explain everything before you take out the policy
