I felt compelled to write a review of Lichfield Health and Fitness Club after seeing a negative review. I was shocked to read it because having moved to Lichfield from out of town as a young 30's woman I have found it to be one of the best investments I've ever made. The staff are excellent, friendly , very supportive and seem to genuinely want to help. Their weight management programme has helped me to lose over a stone and I am still seen by the staff to maintain it. Once I have paid my subscription everything is included, even the coffee and the apples on reception!It is the little touches that make this club unique, perfect for nervous people who want to be well looked after and totally the opposite from the big impersonal clubs I used to be a member of. I can't recommend them enough.
