I have used NCH Sound Editor since 2006 - now using version 4.03. I am a bit of a computer dummy but I found it easy to use by reading the help manuals. The big problem is when you need Technical Support which is vital to me on occasions. They provide Technical Support at a cost - I paid 33 Australian dollars for Silver support in June 2009 but every time I try to email them with a question I get an immediate response that they don't recognise my address and therefore I will be at the back of the queue for a reply. I am trying to solve this problem. Also I find that the eventual reply with the Technical support is a bit haphazard recently and hasn't always been helpful.
