Another victim says he was cut off by Orange's customer "service"(!)when they realised he was complaining. Same with me, though I didn't suspect at the time that the cut-off was deliberate. And they did worse. I called again. After that call (answered by a different person, fair enough) was---unsatisfactorily---over, I found I had a voicemail message waiting. I thought it might be from the original chap I'd been cut off from, to apologise or say "call me again". No way: all I got was two minutes of speeded-up gibberish. Pure chance? I don't think so. Orange's staff know how to use their mobile phones, don't they? Guess who's now looking for a supplier that cares about their customers.
