Jim Sales @ Francis Townsend Group Ltd(Insurance Brokers) was very thorough and helpful. He dealt with the policy in a very professional manner and when I made a claim, he made the whole process very simple to understand. His service was second to none and I would recommend him to anyone.

I found this review very helpful because I also called him - 0845 345 3100 and found him really helpful and transfered my Buildings Insurance to him
