I wouldn't give them any stars except your system obliges me to do so!

I went to the local Post Office a year ago to buy 1000 euros. I was told that a travel money card would be safer and could be used anywhere, just like cash. I activated the card then went off travelling for a year. The card never worked and I gave up trying. When I returned to UK and asked for my money back they said I must give them £5.00 to 'redeem' it. This is fraud or at least a missold financial instrument.

What to do to get back the full amount?
