Had so many bad issues with products, had to return several items that snaps (bra-type) busted. Every interaction w/ Newport News has been a nightmare to resolve. Even when they agree to a refund, it takes 8 weeks (my experience) as they want to keep the money as long as possible. How does this company stay in business?
