Utter rubbish. A complete dog's dinner from start to finish, compounded by the fact that when we arrived home with balance on the card, the Post Office make us wait for THREE WEEKS before you can redeem the cash. I say again - in this age of electronic banking - THREE WEEKS.



A nasty experience from start to finish from a once-trusted organisation that simply no longer cares.
