These chocolates are terrible!!! I grew up loving Black Magic chocolates, back when they were made by Rowntree. All through the 60's, 70's, 80's, and 90's, these were my favorite chocolates. All my family and friends loved them -- not any more. The chocolate used to be dark -- not any more. The chocolate wasn't as sugary sweet as the cheap chocolates you buy at the grocery store -- not any more. The menu inside used to show a wonderful variety of different chocolates that I would look forward to year after year -- not any more. Now the chocolates are bland, disgustingly sugary sweet, and are so soft they melt when you touch them. Good luck trying to pick them up without making a mess. Gone are all my favorite varieties, and they've spread them out in the box so you get fewer (although that might be a good thing because they're so awful I threw out half the box).
