Good Points

Appears to be a large selection of products to choose from. Also appears to be a number of ways to contact them.


Bad Points

Takes ages to deliver, don't seem to be able to communicate with their own delivery company, and have the worst customer services i've ever encountered.


General Comments

Bought a sony tv from Techtronics using the 6 months interest free credit option. It was delivered after waiting 5 weeks, but the television cabinet was shattered so the delivery people took it away with them. Subsequently we have phoned nearly every day since, and this was 2 weeks ago, and have got absolutely nowhere. They havnt got the broken tv back from there delivery company yet, 75% of the time the phone cuts you off halfway through being on hold. If you press any other option than sales you get directed towards an answer machine which we've left over 4 messages on already which have never been replied to. We've been promised to be called back a number of times, which never happened. I tried using there icq service, which told me that all i could do was phone the number which you can't get through with. Only one email of many has been replied to. Don't touch techtronics with a 10 foot barge poll!
