Excellent! The fact that Paul was able to reply to our emails in good English reassured us. The last thing you want to find on arrival is some sort of problem that is made difficult to resolve by a language barrier. We have no problem struggling with commuication issues during the normal course of a holiday, but busy FCO - no!

Keep up the good work and please don't become pricey due to good ratings- then the benefits would be lost!!
