I bought this freezer in 2008 and it has served it's purpose up until now. About 2 months ago I noticed ice forming on one side under the bottom drawer but I had noticed for some time that there was never any water under the drain on the outside of the freezer. I duly contacted an engineer and he came out and "defrosted" the inside of the back panel and there was certainly water in the container at the back for about a week. I have had to call in the engineer again who now says the circuit board had gone and this will cost me around £180 including labour. To date I have paid £100 for the last 2 callouts. I have tried to price a circuit board myself online but nothing comes up when I type it in. Not convinced about frost free freezers.
