The person who snaps the belts often and has dryer sounding like a cement mixure should buy a bigger capacity dryer as it has all the classic signs of overloading. This can cause belts to snap and with the extra pressure on bearings will make them fail.... the more used in this condition the worse it will get and will cause heat build up and belt slip as the drum doesn't turn as easily causing air flow to be slow over clothes leading to burning smell and overheat .
