I have been using Molly Maid in Bromley since May and was surprised to learn from a friend of some of the poor reviews it has received. I have found the service to be completely indispensable. The staff, both office based and cleaning staff, are friendly, efficient, reliable and professional. When Danielle visited me for a quote I immediately felt as though I was dealing with someone I could trust and rely on, and that has definitely carried through to the service I have received so far. I was also told by Danielle, which was also confirmed by letter on accepting the quote, that if ever I had the slightest concern, to call or email them and they would do everything to ensure that my concern would be dealt with. I have no hesitation in recommending the franchise in my area.
