My fianc ordered a very expensive jacket from Drac in a Box well over a year ago. After a few months of waiting, he was told that they were having problems with their seamstress, and that they would give him a refund if he wanted. He emailed them back saying he would like a refund, with no reply or money sent. A few months later, he emails again and again with no response until he finally threatens legal action. Suddenly the emails become immediate and the store owner apologises profusely, saying that he will send the money immediately. Again, the money never comes, and the emails and phone calls are no longer answered. Strangely, my fianc has received several items from them in the past with no problems at all. The reviews are either excellent or, almost identical to our story. These people are very good at one thing: cheating their customers out of their money and getting away with it.
I filed a complaint with Trading Standards and I hope everyone else who has had problems with them does the same, because what they're getting away with is just atrocious.
