Renewed my mobile contract a few, as usual did the web shop around. Found the best deal by far at mobiles.co.uk. Came here and various other review sites and saw it took a pounding with poor customer service, delivery and receiving incentives.



I was put off as it seemed so bad. I had a 6 month "bad" experience with talk talk so was very sceptical, but as the deal was so good and did everything I wanted, I took the plunge. Mobiles.co.uk despite having poor reviews did better out of the reviews than a lot of the other small mobile eshops.



So, what happened? Phone arrived the next day, as did the SIM, cashback cheque arrived last friday without any need for me to even request it. The phone works, the deal (with orange) works, I've not cashed the cheque, but I'm in little doubt it will work too. So my deal with mobiles.co.uk is doneand went as well as I could expect or hope for.



Bad things do happen occasionally with online purchases, but I just wanted to say for me I have no complaints about the company and would use it again and would recommend it.



I can't comment on customer service as I had no need to use them, but if they are as vague as talk talk I'm sure that would be a drag.
