“Will never rent from Zoom again. Misleading...”

Will never rent from Zoom again. Misleading information, rental is not at the Pearson Int'l Airport,as indicated on website, and extremely inconvenient depending on where you are travelling to. Rented a mid-size, got a compact, dirty car, filthy on outside, garbage inside from last renter. Staff seem new, directions on how to get to shuttle pick up at airport un-clear and not what you want after getting off a flight. Customer Service: rate them 1 out of 5.
