DO NOT USE BAIRSTOW EVES!!. They will call you every 2 weeks, with one thing on their mind & that is to try & convince you to keep lowering your price in 5% blocks usually, so they can claim their £3500+ in fee's quickly. They have no interest in you achieving a realistic market price for your property, just getting their fee's. 2 of the young kids that work in this unskilled & unregulated business, even told me that the valuations we had made by RIC's surveyors were wrong & they were right. BAIRSTOW EVES?, If you like wasting your time, with rude, clearly unskilled kids, that want to down-value your property, be my guest.

I found this review not helpful because a house is only worth what somebody is going to pay for it!! a surveyor does not tell you the price that your property will sell for have you heard about the recession!!if your so niave to believe that your house does not have to reduce with the declining market thats your problem not this agents!! interesting if you went on the market with another agent did you get you RICS surveyors price in your sale?! i think not!
