“They seem OK to me? Not sure why other people are...”

They seem OK to me? Not sure why other people are having problems but my experience has been really good so far... I bought a website from them about 2 months ago and have not yet had a problem. They have rang me to upgrade to a search engine package which I am going to do at the end of next month.
