I've have ordered from havens.co.uk 3 times now. A department store with its roots in China and Glass but with many more departments including home furnishings, jewellery, luxury gifts and beauty. Apart from their huge product range, Havens place emphasis on good old-fashioned customer service - which is very refreshing. I even received a phone call informing me that my order was despatched! We will be using then again!
