I was a little concerned about ordering from this company after reading negative reviews, but because the price of my Hotpoint integrated fridge (HS2321L) was £50 cheaper than Comet and other retailers, I decided to give them a go. Delivery for this fridge was advertised as 5-7 working days. After purchasing the fridge I received an email to confirm my order and a little while later another email saying that there was a delay with delivery. The new estimated delivery date was for 10 working days. I actually received the fridge, direct from Hotpoint, after 6 working days, following a phone call from Hotpoint to arrange a suitable delivery date. All in all, a very good service and an extremely good price.
