BEWARE! I experienced problems with this company. We returned the car to Faro airport and the representative stated that the car was excessively dirty inside and charged us E25 for cleaning. Indeed the car had some sand around the ledges in the boot, but in our opinion this was in no way excessive and would not extend the time it took to vacuum the car prior to the next customer. These charges are not clear, although I have just noticed they have just amended their website! We felt we received very poor customer service. Competitive rates yes, but just beware of extra charges.

We can state that we only charge clean for extrem dirty car return.
