Easy peasy. Got a text to say they had received the phone and cheque on its way. Royal Mail managed to hang onto the cheque for over a week but not Fonebank's problem. Fonebank said to wait a bit longer with prompt replies to my issue, before reissuing a cheque and it finally arrived. Recommended
